There is no tracking portal behind this page and we would rather not fake one. Email the reference number and a dispatcher answers with the milestone, the current location and any exception we already know about.
Nothing is brokered out quietly
If we cannot cover a load with our own truck, we tell you that instead of handing it to a stranger.
Exceptions are reported, not explained later
A missed window gets a phone call while there is still time to react to it.
Paperwork closes the load
Delivery receipts and photos come back to whoever asked for them, without a follow-up chase.
